Call for Student Volunteers

The applications for student volunteer positions are closed. All applicants should have received a notification via email. If you haven’t received a response to your application (be sure to check the spam folder!), reach out to us at volunteers@corl2023.org.

Eligibility:

• Be a graduate or undergraduate student

• Be able to volunteer for at least 6-8 hours in a single shift or spread within multiple days.

• Be able to cover all additional expenses related to your CoRL 23 participation (e.g., transportation and lodging).

Important Dates:

• Application deadline– Sept 6th

• Application acceptance notification– Sept 20th Sept 9th

Application:

To apply to be a Student Volunteer, please fill out the necessary details in this Google Form: Student volunteer application form. 

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities and will coordinate with selected students to identify the most appropriate volunteer role for each student. Example positions include: managing registration at the help desk, helping with workshops or poster sessions, etc.

Note: In case you cannot access the form, e.g., due to firewalls, please use this plain text file to fill in the details and email the completed file to volunteers@corl2023.org with the subject [CoRL 23 Student Volunteer Application]. Note that an email submission should only be done if it isn't possible for you to apply via the regular form.

Student Volunteer Benefits:

Your conference registration fee is waived. Note that this covers only the main conference and not the workshops. You will also get a volunteer T-shirt, and opportunities to meet conference participants and organizers, which can help expand your professional network.
